Took a grab for 250THB and was met with such a beautiful oasis that is hidden in such as busy side street! Staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Provided us with info about different attractions nearby in Chiang Mai, and were ready and willing to assist with any requests we had. The room was spacious, had an excellent shower and small balcony overlooking their refreshing pool. They provided us with fresh distilled water bottles everyday and had excellent breakfast options with fresh fruit and some vegetables. They were also kind enough to leave us with a small gift upon checking-out

This hotel really checks all the boxes: Great location in the old town, very friendly and competent staff with excellent English skills, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was especially appreciated by the kids. Breakfast is set menu plus additional choices which catered for all tastes and they serve excellent coffee. I would for sure come back. Advice for families: we had the deluxe loft but instead I would take two connecting rooms the next time to have a little more space. Unfortunately this option was not obvious to me when booking.

Pool was very small and unheated (might be the standard) so the kids did not use it to manage their energy levels as expected. Appreciated the loft bed as extra space. They supplied a bottle of water each per day which was appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is 1 min away from good restaurant, massage, atm, and laundry service.

This hotel was incredible, beautiful rooms, really comfy beds and soft pillows, a waterfall shower and they give you free water every day. The staff were incredibly friendly. One staff member even waited with us until we were picked up by our taxi after check-out at 4am! Exceptional service, they really go above and beyond! The breakfast was also incredible, the toast was amazing! 10/10 experience, would recommend.

Location was very convenient travelling with young child. The room and bed was super comfortable and quiet. Staff were always friendly and very helpful and approachable. Loved the weaving loom and big statement textiles in the lobby. Noticed some innovative touches other accommodation don’t often provide, attention to detail to guest needs. All wrapped up, a lovely vibe and relaxed stay.
